2026-2027
School inventory encoding is open.
Purpose of the SLR Inventory
The system provides a current and auditable view of supplementary learning resources across the division. It connects school enrollment with copies received, produced, distributed, and remaining so shortages and priorities can be identified using one consistent record.
1Resource visibility
See where learning resources are available, how many copies remain, and which schools or learning areas still need support.
2Evidence-based allocation
Use enrollment, distribution, and remaining-stock figures to guide replenishment and division resource decisions.
3Accountability and response
Maintain an auditable movement history and include event-linked production and distribution during emergencies.
How to Submit an SLR Inventory
School users follow the same four-step ledger process for every learning resource and learning area.
1Verify the school account
Open School Reporting, enter the official SchoolID@deped.gov.ph email, then enter the verification code sent by email.
2Select the inventory record
Choose the learning resource, grade or group, and learning area. The applicable enrollment is retrieved automatically.
3Record a stock movement
Enter the material title, date, transaction type, quantity, source, quarter, and week. Select the emergency event when applicable.
4Review the ledger
Confirm the updated stock balance and transaction history. The latest eligible entry may be corrected or voided with a recorded reason.
Use the single District → School → Resource Type drill-down to review total copies, distributions, enrollment coverage, and remaining stock. Filtered detail records can be exported to CSV.
